I have helped find capital for mutual fund companies; large insurance companies; troubled savings and loans; publicly traded limited partnerships; Fortune 500 companies; a professional baseball team, and various nonprofits, among others. The goal has always been to serve the client's needs first, with my best efforts.

Today, much of my time is invested in three nonprofit Boards: serving as a Committee/Board member finding donations for the local boy scout troop; helping an international ministry as a Board member to raise funding for an Online Christian Resource Center; and assisting a San Antonio, nonprofit university with its development Board. I continue to network with my global contacts to help these nonprofits. I am open to serving on nonprofit, private and public Boards, if there is a good fit with their mission/goals.

Investment Advisory Group was started in late 2004 and continues to serve nonprofit, senior living organizations with introductions to investment advisors who can help manage their investment portfolios.

I also assist several Private Equity firms and one Family Office by seeking out privately held companies that are for sale, or seek investors.

I am admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court. I actively support the American, Texas, San Antonio, Houston and Kendall County Bar Associations as well as a variety of other professional and charitable organizations.
